so i hooked up with a buddy that i met in Ottawa, which then led me to be staying at his friends house which is amazing, and so i'm drinking green tea, and relaxing on this rainy day. hopefully i'll be running into an unexpected friend in the next week sometime...Crystal...thats you.... i emailed you.... but yeah it's quite good except for my silly cold/throat pain.... it's only been like two type='text'>mud + flip flops = no good

Well the last few days have been interesting, i'll tell you about one of the highlights... but just one since it's so late in the p.m. So here in Alberta, around this time of year we have a tendancy to have terrific storms.... not just little rain clouds, but good storms with lots and lots of thunder and lightening, sometimes theirs hail, which is painful, but anyway... so the other night there was some of the best lightening that i've ever seen. So my friend Kalie and I decided to pretend we were storm chasers and follow the lighting, we went for awhile on the highway and then turned off onto a side road to see if we could find a good view, except this storm produced a fair amount of rain along with the lightening, gravel/dirt roads get a little slippery, control is minimal.... so to make the long story not quite as long, we got stuck, not quite into the ditch, but enough to know that if we tried anyharder to get out on our own, the car and us would be a good ways down the embankment.... alright so now we're in the mud, the mud where you sink in when you step... thus flip flop sandles, do not work so well, she had nice swade boots or something on. so we went barefoot and hiked the mile back to the highway to figure out where we were to call someone to pick us up. eventually they came, in there good old 4x4 and hauled us in reverse up the hill.... yeah !!! we dont have to spend the night in the car in the ditch.... anyway so the lesson learned.... well actually i knew it but i wasn't that smart, if you start feeling a little slide in the mud, or for those of you have never but may one day drive on snow or ice the absolute worst thing to do is touch the brakes! but the lightening was sweet. plus it was a pretty fun adventure, no critical injuries, well actually none at all, except maybe Kalie had a cut on her foot from walking barefoot..... um.... the end..... of time..... well actually the day.... for me at least

mmmm..... Canada...

so now that i've been re-experiencing Canada for a little bit, i figured i should maybe write about it. I thouroughly enjoy travelling, it is by far one of my favourite things to do, but it is always a nice feeling to come back home.My drive home from Californa was quite wonderul actually, the extra company for most of it helped alot, plus we got to hang out with some amazing people once again at the halfway marker. They fed me something called an Avacado shake... which to the majority of people, sounds nasty, but mmmm... it was delicious!!! I got home just intime to see some awesome storms and downpours.. i love storms... it's a beautiful sunny day, and then all of the sudden, you see it.... deep in the distance.... the darkness rolls in.... and then.... it rains and thunders and lightenings... and bliss!! luckily i didn't make it home in time to have to help my Dad and brother dig out some trenches in my front yard for all the rain to escape while getting pounded with hail..... but the storms i saw were wonderful. plus here in Canada for the most part it almost always gets cold enough at night to enjoy my hot tub outside. mmmm for example last night... a nice mist of rain.... and me.... enjoying my hot tub.....with a big smile on my face. So we're getting close to potentially having an album.... seriously i'm barely even lieing at all... It as been a fun journy i just never knew what it all entailed... so excitement is brewing as i can feel the final stretch approaching... now that final stretch still could take a few months... i'm not preticting a release date anymore... but i can feel it..... anyway there you have it... i bet you can almost smell Canada... oh yeah i saw the northen lights the other day quite clear....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......lights....... in the northern.................

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://bryanseyes.blogspot.com/2006/08/mmmm-canada.html' title='mmmm..... I really do enjoy driving by myself actually, you can do whatever you want... be as loud or as quite as you like, listen to whatever music you like, except you have to drive.... but sometimes it's nice to be forced to be by yourself, but i'll have enough of that from Montana to home... so From Cali to Montana.. it'll be very welcomed company.... My stay here has been quite wonderful... some days of excitement... some days of relaxing... many new friends... in the end probably not enough sun... however it's still summer in Canada so i guess that'll have to do... besides it's way to hot here... I cant wait to have to wear a sweater in the evening.... I for some reason... really enjoy not cold but cool evenings... the ones where you can wear a sweater and be perfectly comfortable....mmmmmm... i feel Jesus all over that.....anyway i should go i gotta check on a small child i'm watching.... well she's sleeping so it's not hard... but still...

Well i'm still here, in good old Redding, ok seriously i'm going to leave soon... so my car was broken down for awhile, and well the average heat here lately has been about 45 degrees celcius, or like 115 to 120 fairinheit... which is ridiculous, oh and my car doesn't have air conditioning... so while it was down and out i got rides... from people who live here mostly... so mostly they all had air conditioning, so there was no hurry in my mind to get it fixed... turns out it was only the battery all along... which was quite a wonderful discovery... much cheaper than many other things it could've been... i guess the heat causes both batteries and starters go bad all the time... thats' what the auto parts guy was saying at least.... ok ok so now i have transportation home.... i'm staying for a youth conference that starts tomorrow...till friday... then shortly after that i'm pretty sure i'll be out.... it has been quite the experiene... hot... would define it quite well... but enjoyable none the less.... i think i might see if some people want to go to the lake today... it's definatly warm enough... strangly enough i dont really have a tan... it's almost to hot to spend time outside usually... anyway check ya later...

which way's home?...

Ok ok North... i'm pretty sure i just go North for about 20 billion hours... then maybe east a bit and....voala (doubt thats how you spell that one) i'm home... The school is now over... and all my new friends are on there way home to differnt parts of the world...well some of them live here so i guess they'll more or less just stay here... but i'll be gone... pretty soon. The exact date of departure is still up in the air a little bit... I quite enjoy not having an exact date to be home... it takes any stress of the journey off.. so thats a good thing.... There were many cool people here... Jonny from Scotland... what can i say any guy who's ever watched braveheart loves a good scottish accent. A few fellow Canadians... always a good thing... some really talented people... even one girl who's singing made me feel like i was going to jump out of my skin.... in a good way... and many many others of whom there presences i enjoyed thouroughly. When i first started doing random travels.. i didn't really like the idea of meeting and getting to know people for a very short period of time when chances are i'll see very few if any of them ever again. But then afterwards when i think back to my trips... i do remember places and buildings and scenery, but the most enjoyable memories are always of the random people that i meet along the way... So here's to those randome people i meet... i'm glad i've met you.... I am craving running right now... this very odd because i also am quite tired... and there's no way i'll go because even though it's like 11 pm... it's still hot as hell outside.... running would be not one of those real smart things to do. but none the less for some reason i feel it would be enjoyable... or maybe just chillin outside and looking at the stars... that seems more plausable...but still it will not happen... more than likely i will be in bed very shortly...ummmm actually more then very shortly...or less...huh...zzzzzzzzzzz

Life in Californa

Well it's been about six years since i last posted... but i am in Californa and it's rad..... at this very moment i'm watching monsters inc. with one of my new friends, actually she's four and a half and the daughter the people i'm staying with... but she's lots of fun. I'm sure in at least a few of the last blogs i've exclaimed my excitement about my up and coming trip to Californa. Well the trip has begun... i'm not in Californa yet but the trip has already numerous amounts of crazy events. I started out going the wrong way... well purposely .. i had to go a couple hours north to Edmonton to pick up my friend Kayle for the trip down. After a few parties because of birthdays we took off on the first leg of our journey... all the way to Lakeside Montana to visit our norwiegen friend Andy... we met many very fun and exciting and somewhat stressed people at YWAM base there... most of them were just about finished a 9 month school of constant studying deep into the bible... so maybe our distraction came timely... anyway it was a great couple of days... wished i could've stayed longer... but the next leg of the journey wasn't quite as long... all the way to Idaho... alright!!! that's where i am right now... it's been a rather incredible couple of days... many a laughs with some new friends... plus one of the single most amazing moments of my life.... ok seriously you wouldn't even come close to guessing if you tried so i'll tell you....
We got to spend sometiime in the home of and a little bit with a twelve year old girl named Akiane!!!!! ok if you dont know who this is go to this website www.artakiane.com anyway she's a child prodigy and has some of the most amazing pieces of art in the world.... of which i got to see the originals of most. Ok so i honestly cannot describe how i felt for i'm pretty sure it might take a little while to process.... but yeah it was pretty crazy maybe i'll talk about it another day more... alright tomorrow is the next most lengthy leg of the trip ... like 12 more hours or something.... and then i have arrived.... yeah!!! i need sleep...

random stories with ....me

I met a guy in Norway, He really loved drinking coke... however he would never have a glass of Coke unless he had sliced up lime in it. Maybe he was crazy, or spoiled, but i dont believe so... because i met him and you didn't. I think he understood that for one moment life could be that much better. He liked to talk about how life is about the simple little moments where we can choose to take it in, and get everything we can from it... fully and completely enjoy it, or let it slip through our fingers becuase it was just another moment. Not really like that... but thats what i got from it.
For some reason that has been hitting me like crazy lately. It's so easy to get anxious about the smallest most idiotic things, I think it says somewhere in the bible, be anxious about nothing, learn to be content. ok ok i realize thats not what it is exactly but it's kinda like that, something like.. life is worth experiencing, there's so much to have and experience in those moments we so often let slip away.(bryan version) anyway there's my schplee about life... mostly i cant get over the sunsets lately... marvelous...

So this is the last weekend that i have to sing at wedding for a little while... so far they've all gone pretty well... one more to go... then...oh baby ...then.... a brief intermission.... and then.... Andy!!!!... and then.... very far drive..... then a nother brief intermission.... and then.....Californa!!!!.... not gonna lie... a little excited, well if you were with me you wouldn't believe that i'm excited... but mostly i have way to much happening to think about being excited.... but when i do think..... about that.... i excite...!!

ummmmmm.... the sleep is calling to me....

Bryan = wedding singer...

Well it's been about six years since i've blogged last... ok well slight exageration... but it has been a phenominal amount of time. I appologize to anyone who actually may read this. so yes you can just call me the wedding singer... because that's what i am for the next month.... ok not quite but starting from this past weekend i have to sing or play at a wedding during three out of four weeks... which is a few in my opinion... this last one went quite well... so hopefully the rest do aswell.

I've been reading a book lately about John G Lake, well not as much about him as it is a whole bunch of his sermons and teachings. I'm finding it to be quite profound...(understatement)... it's really really good.... the type of book where i read a few pages and it is necessary to stop and think for a few minutes...or days... but yeah it's good. This one part really got me thinking... i've thought about it before and had questions... but this caused it to go to a deeper level... it's aout Hunger. you know for muffins... or pizza.... or.... ok joke joke joke... but actually about spiritual hunger. What causes it, why are some people hungry and some not? or do some people just hide they're hunger better, or maybe don't have time to be hungery..... ok anyway but he talks a bit about how before any significant move of God there must be an outcry from the deep places in people... on both a individual and large scale. How God places that hunger in us, so that we will call out to His deep from our deep. Because he really does want to show us the mysteries of heaven, here and now, so i find it quite amazing that He would place that hunger inside of me, which is natural i suppose, if you dont eat food you get hungry, so if you're missing out on something spiritually then you get hungry... right. So this means that my Spirit knows that there's more, that there's deep things to be discoverd or revealed... The hunger's there, so all i have to do is ask, and by the grace of God He puts such a deep hunger in us that it's all i can do but to cry out from the deepest part I can.... So easy...yet so not....at the same time.... but God i want it so bad.... whatever IT is....
just some thoughts for ya

I was just watching Hockey Playoffs... and both Edmonton and Calgary lost... normally i wouldn't care if Calgary lost, but in the playoffs I tend to cheer for anyone Canadian. Anyway... so who wants to hear about how i almost died yesterday.... and the general concensus is.... yes... of course you love story times with Bryan. Anyway theres a couple pretty cool places in and around Red Deer, not tons but a couple... one of them is a huge abandoned train bridge "the trussle" anyway there may have already been stories about this in either Kayle's or my blogs before, but this time it almost got the best of me. It's about two hundred feet up at the highest point, and theres no side rails, the bridge is probably a good 10 to 15 feet wide so is pretty safe even if at times a bit freaky. Anyway i was up there by myself, because it is in all honesty a very beautiful thing, to be that high and watch birds fly below you, and hear the wind blowing..... ok so this is where it gets scetchy, the bridge is pretty long and theres spaces inbetween the wood planks so you have to watch your step which makes it a bit of a time consuming thing to get to one end and back. so i was at the other end, when a storm started to blow in, it was still beautiful and didn't realize how windy it was till I got up and started to walk back. I had to stay in the middle of the bridge and walk leaning heavily into the wind so it didn't push me off, then everyonce and a while the gust would stop and i'd stumble ever closer to 200 ft drop.... and then go as fast as I could, till finally i did make it to then end.... ok so there were only a few times one i actually had to stop and got a little scared but, the wind was crazy.... normally if you spit from that high up, you can watch it fall and maybe the wind will take it a little, but yesterday i watched my spit go out of my mouth and continue in a pretty much horizantal line until it got to some bush's against the hill and dissapear, i never saw it even come close to the ground.

Anyway after i got down i looked behind me and the sky was absolutely brilliant, when i looked up the clouds looked like amazing brush strokes but there was a very distinct line of color... from a deep grey, to an incredible aqua blue looked like i was snorkling under the ocean. It was breathtaking to say the least....
mmmmmmm sleep.....end of story...

It's time for Easter!

I am by no means old... and most would say i am somewhat of an athlete, However all it took was one simple game of football to do me in. I might add in that it was Touch football... yes and that was two days ago... still my legs and back ache..... i felt like someone poured cement into my hamstrings and it hardened over night. Every step was agony, I felt like an old old man. It was however a great game of football, well worth the pain... i think.
So today is easter, always there is a large dinner with many people at my house. It actually doesn't really matter that it's easter, there is always mass amounts of people at my house, and mama T, never fails in the area of food, she is great.
I have been wanting for the past few days to get in a room by myself and watch the passion. I have not yet, but i think i need to soon, I just heard a good teaching about communion and how easy it is for us as christians to just do it because we always have. But that it is in all honesty benificial to keep it personal and actually think about what you're doing and why. It's interesting that really we could act out anything to do with spirituality, but i suppose that's what changes a relationship into a religion. But if you make the simple choice to engage.... all the sudden life becomes full.
I'm listening to Sigur Ros right now, crazy Icelandic band, most of the words are just jiberish, and somewhat depressing, but one of the their albums is absolutely brilliant... there are a few songs that inspire me so much, i feel like i could do anything when i listen to them. How is it possible for music to so stir up emotions... I love how much God there is in music.
I love randomness.... that i could about many many things that are not connected at all.... and you will still read it.... and maybe even like it.

Me...so...Hungyyyy...

That is a quote from a really good simpsons episode. Homer tries a hunger strike....hehehe...I've been thinking lots lately, not that i dont usually think. I actually think quite a bit, you probably cant tell from most of my blogs, because I tend to not process through this very much, but hey why not, one thing i've thought about has been what it would feel like, to feel satisfied? Will I, while on this earth ever be satisfied with my current revelation of God? From my experience, though i am quite young, i would say no. The thing i've been noticing is the more i press in, the more i realize i want more, thus am not satisfied with what i have or have experienced. And even though sometimes it seems quite ridiculous to keep going when there seems to be no resolve, my level of desperate increases, and my Spirit that searches out all things even unto the deep things of God, says There's More!!!.... keep going.

I think there's a reason i rarely process in blogland, i rarely find closure in my thoughts. Or sleep creeps up from behind and grabs hold of my eyelids with everything it has.

Africa in my House!!

Tomorrow morning at my church the Watoto childrens choir is perfroming, so tonight we have a few of them staying at my house! They are a group of orphans from Uganda who get to travel to parts of the world helping raise money for their survival more or less... we have two boys, 9 and 10 years old... and the sound engineer. The one boy probably has the best laugh i've ever heard in my life. It's one of those laughs that should be recorded and used every time someone needs an extatic child's laugh. I quite enjoy it.
The other day was quite a beautiful day. It is now spring! i sat out on a hill the other afternoon listened to some tunes and read, and sat, thought, pretty much the whole afternoon. that rarely happens but it was so so good that i think i may make it happen more often. During the winter here, the sun is out alot, but it does not warm you, so now when i can feel the warmth of the sun i bask in what to me is pure glory. I love how the simplest things in life can bring such pleasure.... like sleeping.....goodnight.

Memory Lane...

Well one year ago today my buddy Ryan and I headed off on our Europe adventure... so ... we had a night of recolection. we looked at all our pictures, and one thing i'm so so glad we did was... during the trip we had a handheld recorder and every few nights instead of writing a journal we talked about our adventures. So the pictures were one thing but listening back, to what we were going through was amazing. And the little things we said would spur memories that i'm pretty sure i would never have remembered. Here's one of my favorites........ - we met up with some family friends in Denmark, through the events of the week we ended up going with them to their weekly sports outreach thing. And for some reason most of these kids were Lebonese... wierd because we were in Denmark. Anyway because of their age the only english they really knew they got from movies and so ... it was fairly limited to ...well massive amounts of F-bombs... but we really connected with one kid and when we were about to leave he wanted to say goodbye... so he came up to us and in all sincerity he says " See you in Hell!" we laughed so hard because that's honestly how he thought we said goodbye to eachother on a regular basis. The guy we were with tryed to correct him right away by stating that we would be going to heaven.... but it was so so funny!.....
anyway great memory......... we smoked a celebration cigar aswell... it was good.

surpercalifrajalisticexpealadotious

I wish i had the ability to articulate deep things. You know when you have something stirring, and no matter how hard you try, it will not come out, and if it does it's not even close to being an accurate description of the inner stirrings. So then i try to write music.... and then when that doesn't work sometimes i scream!!!!! Screaming for me is often a great release of emotional tension. Right now however it's not nessesarily tension as much as just there. I want to get it out mainly so i can understand what it is. It's quite obvious that it is a God thing.... and for me once i can release it... i'm able to understand it or have revelation of it. But i cant get it out!!! So I think i'm going to cut my hair... well not me... someone ... most likely to be my sister will... and really i doubt that will help but it's something of natural change, so maybe it will release a revelation of the stirring that i have?.... hehe maybe not... but i do need a hair cut. Oh i got accepted to a worship school in Californa.... so at the end of June... I'm out! all right. now i need a car to get me there. i have nothing else to say.

Jesus vs. Acid

Well, i've been experimenting with Acid...... ok you got me, i'm joking, but I was hanging out with a 15 year old who was triping on a concauction of E and Acid... downtown is now fairly crazy since the weather's been a bit nicer, so life will become progressivly more interesting. But anyway it was cool we hung out with a group of mostly teens some early twenty's, all of which were either high or drunk. They desperatly desperatly need Jesus. I like that Paul went into Corinth realizing that persuasive words really mean nothing when you can walk in the Power of God. My city needs that an outpouring of the power of God! Tonight was pretty good we got to pray a bit with one of them, plant seeds ... stir them God. but yeah that was my night....
on another note a really good friend of mine has started a blog... if i made it work properly it should be under my little contacts listy thingy.... it's Bobbi Jo... she completely and utterly astounds me with her ability to write.... i'm pretty sure she lives completely in a different world.... anyway it's awesome so check it out.
Jesus is by far better than Acid!!!!

Yeah for Ghandi!!

I read this today quite enjoyed it... so here you go ....
E. Stanley Jones once said to Mahatma Ghandi : "I am very anxious to see Christianity nationalized in India, so it will no longer be a foreign thing identified with a foreign people and a foreign government, but a part of the national life of India contributing it's power to India's uplift and redemption. What would you suggest we do to make that possible?...
This was Ghandi's penetrating reply " I would suggest, first, that all of you Christians must begin to live more like Jesus Christ. Second, I would suggest that you practice your religion without adulterating it or toning it down. Third, I would suggest that you must put your emphasis on love, for love is the center and soul of Chritianity".

Tribute to Grandma

Well it's been about a billion or six years since i've updated. However my excuses are all quite valid. First i was in Ottawa for a week. It was phenominal. I got to be part of and help lead 70 youth on there missions trip to our Nations capital.... that is if you live in Canada. A big portion of it consisted of doing prophetic prayer walks/adventures in the freezing humid cold finger numbing weather. but i'm not complaining because it actually was really really amazing. i did however freeze two of my fingers.. which still do not have full feeling... that was almost a week ago... kinda freeked out. But yeah God rocked the kids... and me... and i know that i know we had huge impact spiritually on the Nation. We got to be the first bodies to sit in the House of Commons (where our government is run) since the shift of government... i might add that the public never goes in there. but we got to go in and have a meeting/pray our brains out for 45 minutes. and the cool part is that we had that kind of favour because of a group of Youth from Edmonton led by Kayle who worked massive amounts during the elections, do get the right people in government. Anyway there was a ton of really cool things. and then i got back .... some sad news but not really actually brilliant for her... cause Grandma is hanging out with Jesus in the Heavenlies... so we took a trip deep into saskatchewan to celebrate and say goodbye with the family. It was actually really good, especially to hear the stories about her and her strength and dedication and absolute love for Jesus. so overall the last few weeks have been completely and utterly exausting to say the least. but now i can rest a bit so it's all good... before i become even less coherent i need bed.

adventures....woohoo!

Well it's one of those times where you begin another adventure... well i'm not sure if you do... but i do. My car, for those of you who have seen (rather heard it) understand when i call it the Beast. Well took it's last trip today. and i suppose it's not fully silenced, it can still growl all it wants, but it cant walk anymore, well or roll.... unless i push it, which by the way i did today... backwards.... down one of the busiest streets.... at one of the busiest times of day.... there were those who decided it would be fun to not change lanes until Three Freaking INches from Pulverising Me!!! but they all missed.... and live to tell the story of the Beast with broken legs...... So we do plan to put it out of it's misery... sooner or later.... there are a few options... changing it into a big flaming ball of gas and machine and watching it plumite to the depths of a...cliff... is an option.... however we need a cliff...... another is to use other vehicles to push it at incredible speeds.... then leaving it on it's own to fend for itself in fight to the death match with a very big brick wall..... however the only problem being .... what if by some small chance the beast does win..... and we're left with a bick beast sized hole in the brick wall. That would not be so much of a good situation. also i need some opinions on if we do that one... do you think that if someone was fully padded with hockey equipment/lots of foamies/lots of other soft things..... could someone potentially survive a top speed fight to the death with a brick wall and the beast. anyway so i'm going to ottawa in a few more days... but first a visit with the mumby family.... glorious... yeah it'll be great i'm sure... thats probably enough for now... if we actually do give the beast one more glorious ride we'll be sure to take pictures and i'll see if i could post them. so long for now

Scchhppleee...

I have definatly been using that word way to much lately... thats right "scchhplleee" great word... however over done in my life" anyway lets get down to the good stuff. Clearly i have not been the best updater of late... actually i've pretty much sucked terribly. I started and am now almost finished a really cool book called the final quest... at least the first one... i believe theres more than one... or something... anyway it's fabulous, i'm getting tons out of it. ok onto the good stuff.
So tomorrow is somewhat of a day. I dont have to work... which is wonderful!!! yeah but tomorrow is the day of walk through's, open house dealy for the building that i want to be the headquaters of the arts ministry i've been trying to get off the ground. plus then i have a meeting with the mayor of my city.... it could be interesting. i'm rather excited and only a little nervous, mostly cause i dont know what i'm going to say. but i dont feel that is the biggest of deals... i know there's stuff in my heart that needs to come out... so it will... i'll probably write a few things down in the morning so i dont forget important things... but yeah.... so if you read this and pray... then pray... pray for blessing and favour in my city (Red Deer) and with the government of the city. We are in exciting times.... it makes life a lot more interesting.
so eyah schplee.... to bed

Lets call today....

I know how bout... Bryan feels like a big looser day.... hehe.... no but seriously, do you ever have those days where you have so many things that need accomplishing, and no matter how hard you try... absolutely nothing productive gets done.... plus you add into the mix dumping half a cup of coffee on your croch... plus completely forgetting where you parked in a parking lot.... it didn't really take super long to find it after i narrowed it down to a couple of rows.....and to boot it's only like 3:30 in the afternoon..... aarrrrggghhhh, ok honestly i'm not really that upset but blogging is good for venting, what a weird thing life is... the smallest things can for some reason aggitate your emotions... cause stress... or anger even.... why? maybe it's because if they didn't hit those buttons it, then things like, love, pure joy, would feel a lot less satisfying.... and plus then we'd be robots.... and we'd probably all be really good at doing the robot... and such dances as that....hey some news... for anyone who knows my sister... well she just got engaged!!... i still havent seen the ring... but hey i'm sure she's rather excited... i am!
I got offered some Hash outside a stripjoint last night!....... and well since none of you know what i was doing last night... that probably just raised some eyebrows... i declined politly, all the while whishing i would have asked if it was good to continue the conversation... me and couple others were doing some walking downtown.... we got to talk to and bless a cool guy named Max from elsalvador... it was fun................................................... egad! that's a special archie comic quote...Egad! wow i'm abnormal today.... seriously you should be in my mind right now.... it's atleast going a billion miles an hour.... help me Jesus..... anyway i'm leaving you .... Imogen Heap!... it's pretty flippin cool. super different in many ways, she definatly has a phenominal voice... in my opinion. I love resting and relaxing some days, lately my life has been crazy busy, with meetings and constantly telling people about my vision for my city. Tonight i only had one short coffee with my buddy... the rest was chillin time with my God. including an extended hot tub session. theres not to much better than listening to some good worship tunes on a cool evening relaxing in a hot tub. Its funny how we can never find time to relax or just let everything slip away for an evening... but when you do it's so so so good. A fresh breath of air it is. I usually have my moments through out the day... but it's not often i get the chance to take the whole evening... anyway for those of you who have been praying heres the next step... 1 milllion dollars.... hehe ok but really thats how much my building is going to cost.... not to mention there's tons of interest in it so we need massive favour... however i have a really good peace that God has everything.... you know, this is something that would normally and should probably be getting to me... but i think it's a good thing to be dreaming something so far out of your own grasp that it has to be one hundred percent God, or else it doesn't happen. But yeah pray for what i mentioned pertaining to the building..... Did i mention i love Imogen Heap's voice... it's so ...beautiful... not in the way that most people pertain voices to be beautiful i think.... she does a really good job of making her voice an instrument... it catches you, you have no chance to escape... oh yeah pray that i'd get to meet the people i've been trying to meet in the last little bit... it has not been successful of late... anyway God is Good..... thats enough for tonight

it's about time!

Well to any faithful readers i appolagize for my laziness when it comes to this.... and to be truly honest i have been somewhat busy, it's not been fully neglect to the blog. Well how do you sum up the mass time inbetween blogs... well how about craziness.... we have a new government! thats a good start! I hope you all voted.... unless you're not canadian, then it's alright. If you haven't read anything lately that i've written but are for some reason reading now... or if you just dont know... i'm in the process of birthing! hehe ok that clearly came out more humorous than intended.... i wasn't going to stop at birthing... but i did. ok so actually not just me but there are those of us here in the process of birthing i suppose you'd call it a ministry... based upon the arts.... speaking prophetically through the various arts to a dying/addicted generation! there has been much happening of late... including we found a building right down town that we really really want... and it's going up for sale.. however there's quite a bit of interest... so pray for favour... and God's will to be done... casue if theres something better i want that.... but we really do feel this is God ordained opportunity... so PRAY!! thanks... anyway so yeah thats exciting... I was walking downtown tonight... it was fun... some random guy named Ted started talking to me.... he was fully and completely wasted... the conversation started with him asking me for a lighter so he could light his joint that he planned to smoke with his left hand... note to self ... carry lighter... anyway the rest of the conversation consisted of him telling me the same 30 second story over and over for like 10 minutes about this guy he met who claimed he was from Jupiter... so Ted called him "stupider" and then laughed... he told me many many times... did i mention he was wasted.... i got to spend ten minutes laughing and praying for love and freedom for Ted.... it was a good ten minutes...
So i've been listening to the same song over and over for... maybe 5 times now.... it's good... it's a band called City and Color... and it's acutally just acoustic stuff from Dallas Green who is the singer in Alexis on Fire... anyway i dont even really like most of the song that much... but at the end.. in his very phenominal voice starts singing passionately the words "Can I Have You!" and it grabs me really deep. God wants us! He wants us! because He loves us. and when you here Dallas Green sing it... it brings a whole new perspective to a cry of desperation. I want God! I want Him! .... so it's a good song.... and this is getting long...
la la la goodnight

Jumping with Excitement

Well today is a good day! last night i confirmed a trip to our nation's capital, with my good friend Kayle for a week in March. It's to do with My Canada stuff, righteous revolution stuff!! good stuff... for more info, go to Kayle's blog and look through some of his recent entries. anyway so while i was at work (i only worked a half day), i got a call from a fairly substantial buisness man who wants to be involved in supporting my vision to shake my city. So it's pretty exciting!!! not gonna lie, i love being on the cutting edge, having endless possibilities, God is good! Hey if there's anyone out their who loves to paint or do art in anyway, let me know... we're going to need art.... prophetic art to reach out to a generation thats dying.... anyway if you want to paint for this let me know and we'll figure something out.

i'm out

200...psshhaaa...try 42

well... ok... so maybe i got a few more to go... oh well... i'll keep plugging along.... anyway i had a cool meeting last night with a couple who are going to be very helpful and influential in changing the state that my city is in. I dont actually know if i've talked about that here... if not... it has been one of the things consuming my life of late... Catching Gods heart for my city... To be used in anyway possible to see His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.... mostly through the restoration of arts .... and the unity of the church body.... anyway there's a glimpse for you .... do me a favour and prayer for clarity.... for a few a things but mainly thats the word of the day...clarity...
TO SLEEP.....Lucky....

what to say...

So do you ever have the urge to just write and write and write... and you have lots to say... probably could go on for a really long time.... but none of it comes out.... thats me right now.... for this and for song writing.... it's like there's so much there... and to an extent you can verbalize a small amount, this allows you to be somewhat content, so that your basically not going crazy... but to get it out is a totally different thing.... either the english language does not have the descriptive abilities that i need... or my vocalbulary is lacking extensively..... or maybe i just dont know what i want to say... my buddy told me today that he saw something on Brad Pitts first interview when he was first becoming famous.... they asked him if He had big dreams...he said yes.... they proceeded asking him to embelish...... he said he'd rather not talk about them, but instead just do them.... So maybe it's ok i cannot explain in depth my feelings.... or what i feel so desperately wants to escape me and be heard.... i suppose when it comes out... it'll come out and that will be that.... and i suspect it'll be a process....a process larger than today's writing session... anyway...those are some thoughts.... i wrote more than the two lines i planned...so thats good....

so much!!

Well here we are.. the big old 2006.... lets start the year off with a big shout out to Russia, for kicking the crap out of the americans in the world juinor hockey tournament... it's to bad you're gonna loose to Canada in the finals though.... And i suppose i should clerify that i really have no problems with americans... infact there's one in my house right now... and he's pretty damn cool. But it's always good to know that we're still better at hockey!
alright lets get to it... New Years festivities!!!! definatly a superb New Years. We were at the Mumby Cabin.... for those of you who have never been.... go.... you dont even need to ask!! hehe....ok maybe ask.
So there was late night speedskating... and normal skating.... across the whole lake! pretty far... we also laid down in the middle... we bought lots of fire works.... ok well not lots in comparisson to our drunk ....very drunk neighbors... but more than i've ever had at one time..... plus we shot a bunch at eachother..... it was pretty good not gonna lie. So also Stock ticker is basically my new favorite game ever... we played it on new years eve.... then i played again last night... i traded sleep for it... it made work tiring.... especially since i bombed on the game.... oh well.
Seeing the Norwiegen was excellent...as always!!! its always good
Ok so to my new friend Laura... there is deffinatly a chance that i had coffee at the starbucks you were working at. Edinburgh was for sure one of the coolest cities... however Glasgow's starbucks experience was possibly the best ever....ok quick story... So fly into London... my bags appear but not Ryan's... so we phone my sisters friends in Edinburgh for help... they're the only people we had the number for.... they were amazing!!!.... but first an exausting day in London... then overnight bus trip to glasgow.... freezing cold bus trip... no sleep...but Glasgow is nice... so we take a break from buses and go for a walk.... and come across the best sight ever!!! you guessed it...Starbucks.... that cup of Coffee probably gave me more warmth than any cup it's prior.... it was glorious in every way... we sat.... drank .... and came to the conclusion that the trip had begun... and it would be good!
till another day

Whoa!!

well... seems that christmas is about jamming as much as physically possible in the week between christmas and new years.... so far... mass presents/fondue (spelling?) , one day of relaxing... then to Lethbridge for a night of craziness with the extended family... there was a massive meal and the craziest game of spoons i've ever seen... it was pretty fun!! this was followed by a drive into the mountains... so so good... dinner at one of the most expensive reseraunts in Canmore... sleep (acutually first i watched all of Forest Gump for the first time... it was pretty good) then a day of snowboarding... followed by pain... due to lack of muscles...well at least muscles that i needed for snowboarding... lots of fun though.... then hot springs... then braveheart... then driving home... now we're going to Kayle's either tonight or tomorrow... it's not decided yet... anyway it will be glorious i'm sure... frozen sheets of ice... cabins... Actually the truth is it's rather annouying. My nose/sinuses have been progressively getting more and more clogged... what a descriptive word that can be... especially when you think about your sinuses being CLOGGED ,.... hehe... anyway yeah so that's what i've been experiencing... and though i dont feel sick.... i do still feel tired ...and maybe it's the lack of oxygen due to my clogged sinuses but work seemed very difficult today....uggg.... then i went christmas shopping.... well attempted.... i did get a few things here and there so i'm like getting close to maybe half way done.... but yeah malls at christmas.... I have issues with malls most times of the year, but now that they are invaded by a hundred billion desperate for material goods monsters....ok maybe thats an exageration... but you konw what i mean... yeah my love for the place deepens. But i did end the day off with second cup! definatly my favorite place to go get coffee... now in general starbucks does have really good stuff... but in Red Deer... Second Cup is the place to be. Ok so i'm really not here right now.... i mean into writing write now... it's taken me a ridiculous amount of time to write this very small amount... whats it called when your mind wonders all the time ...A.D.....oh look a bird..... what was i saying... he he thats what it's been like tonight... but i have come up with a solution!!!!
sleep
amen

time to catch up!

well today is Monday and it was my first day back to work..... so... on another note i slept from like 5:30 to like 10:30 after work got up... ate.... wathched a history show on the boxer Joe Louis... and now i'm just about ready for bed again..... yes i'm catching up on sleep that Kayle never aloud me to get when i got home from my recording adventure in Ohio.... i was forced upon my arrival to partake in an evening of ridiculously crazy sledding!!! for more info read Kayle's he goes into an inapropriate amount of depth.
So yeah a week of recording.... so so much fun! First of all i got to see my sister and her boyfriend/family which was really good... and after one day of relaxation the never ending day of recording began... literally when i think about it... i remember one huge day with random naps... and many points of dillusion.... the average day consisted of .. waking up.... eating... going to the studio..... recording..... recording.... recording.... talking with grandma Vanilla... recording.... listening to the West family play on my album, they are all phenominal musicians and have made my music way cooler than i thought possible..... yeah so we would record till like... between 4 and 6 a.m. sleep for 4 or 5 hours.... than do it all over again.... the last night we went out to a school studio to record the last song... because heath teaches there... the studio's were incredible including one that was built by the same guy who built jimi hendrix's studio.... so fun!!! yeah so i met a bunch of weird people including one guy who grew up sixteen miles from the canadian border... so he grew up listening to cbc radio and blue jays games... and knew a ridiculous amount about Canada... especially the independant music scene... He knew more useless trivia on random topics about Canada than most canadians know. It was pretty impressive. yeah yeah so that all ended and we got home slept for a grand total of 1 HOUR than proceeded to leave for the airport... flew home.... and continued on with the weekend .
Craziest week of my life i think.... so much fun.... and the making music part was amazing... its all being mixed right now... so thats exciting... its really strange to start hearing your music and your voice being played an overwhelming amount.... especially with all the takes that have to be done... so yeah i've been trying to catch up on sleep today.... well actually my body and mind are forcing me... so yeah i'm going back to bed..... hopefully this was coherent enought for ya

A day of days!

Wll mostly i assosiate that phrase with something like ... And we've been trying to do this for like 2 weeks now and it is never working... and just as we were beginning he got called by my older brother to help move a bed...for they moved today (older brother and wife) but yeah...so now i wait. And everything in me wants to sleep... but still i wait... I do love making music and recording and such...which is the only reason i would be waiting and not sleeping. since i wait..i'll keep writing even though i'd rather be sleeping... but i'm not ...as you've probably realized... I had really cool and very intense picture of Unity on the way home from Edmonton... one of those ones where God just plays stuff out in your mind...and you watch...So Good i love those ones... but yeah i dont feel the need to go into detail... but God is stirring... thats what i did tonight... and thats what makes me a gymnist... it all took place at drop in gymnastics.... pretty much the funnest thing in the whole world.... ok not quite... but it sure ranks up there in the top ...somewhere.... except i think i got really really small piece of spunge in my eye... it's pretty annouying....anyway what made it even more fun was the presence of my little brother... and Ryan... one of my ever so absent really good friends... i just havent spent much time with him lately so it was good fun!
Ok i'm gonna go because i'm in a really wierd sarcastic type mood that really wants to mock people... and i'm feeling i'm going to act in the opposite spirit and not do any of that...
so yeah schplee
good....night....

Brothers...

So we had a Band of Brothers fest this weekend... we watched like 5 episodes last night... ok so i need to tell a story that maybe you wont all get but Aaron and Kayle will... so we got a bunch of the Brothers video's and planned to have a boys night watching a ton... so we stopped to get a few beers aswell ... so we go in and my little bro's eyes settle and this nice little well not so little blue bottle known as bombay saphire... so we had to get some... only neither of us have ever had so much of a history when it comes to this stuff... so Kayle we tried phoning you cause we had no clue what to mix it with.... but you werent home.... it was so funny though... mostly imagining how to ask Kayle what to mix with this huge bottle of Bombay Saphire..... anyway it was good boys night. I actually spent most of the weekend at home... except i got the new Delirious cd.... Really good!!! and i bought a book called Paul the novel.... basically story form of the life of Paul, written from a few different percpectives... i've heard it was good so hopefully it is.
Also we broke our oven today... well one of my bro's friends clicked this latch thinking it was like a child lock or something... but it was something that is part of the self cleaning mechanism and wont dissable until the oven cools to a certain temperature... only we didn't know this at the time so we tried to force it... and well the door is still locked with part of our lunch in there... it is now like 8 p.m. and to top it off moms gone for the weekend... so she's only heard a small phone report when we were trying to figure out what was up.
Anyway for how uneventful my weekend was... it was pretty eventful...
as you'd say in italy
chow

does one learn....

Well ... a few weeks ago while in Edmonton ... my friend Kayle and I had an experience at Boston Pizza, this experience was none other than the greasiest pizza in the History of Pizza... but yet the taste was fabulous... one would think they would learn and probably the grease would scare you off.... but wait... tonight i went to Boston Pizza for supper... and as I searched through the various foods that could be ordered... my eyes and stomach fell upon one dish we know as.... the ultimate pepperoni.. well... it was just as greasy and just as tasty... but something tells me it will feel just as bad inside.... I bought a new cd today... James Blunt... its pretty good... i love his voice...so cool... except the one really cool song that Kayle had posted awhile back... well theres a line when played on the radio that says "flying high" but to my surprise as i'm listening to the song and beauty of it... out comes the "real" lyric and it is a very blunt "f***ing high"... kinda shocks you when you dont excpect it at all.... but yeah pretty much the whole album is about lost love... plus one song about Jimi Hedrix which is cool cause he uses Jimi song titles in his lyrics.
I dreamt about the Philippines... well actually it was thinking...then daydreaming... than fully lost on the beaches of Samal island!! so so beautiful... then i was drastically smacked with a good blast of cold wind... reminding me that i am of course in Canada... not tropical paradise...
Aaron i'm stoked about the Delirious album... i was gonna buy it a few days ago but havent had time to go buy anything... but yeah i'm glad for the good report i'm super excited.
ok this is so random but today i needed to buy some shaving cream... and with it i got one of those old school lather brushes... i cant wait to try it... i know i know most of you are trying to remember a time when i even had enough facial hair to need to shave... but i do ok... enough said...i need to go to bed... i'm a sleepy head...heavy like lead....in water i tred... all evil fled.... i have an uncle ted.... enough said

pretty good weekend...

I'm eating a bowl of Life Cereal right now... its really really good. I havent had this kind of cereal in probably at least a year or something to that extent... and well it's good. So in the last little while i've had this amazing discovery ... well it's a discovery that you've always known... but something that for some reason you all the sudden really enjoy it... Now i'm questioning even now telling you about this because of how weird it will make me look...so first to read about how kayle slammed his head in a car door this weekend go check out his last weekend...theres a link to it... ok well now that that's been settled i rediscovered the art of squinting.. now not just squinting to make distant writing a little clearer.. but while driving at night... you squint so good that all you can see is big bulges of light. and if you're going fast its super tripy... who needs drugs when you can squint? but yeah i've done it a few times while driving at exessive speeds... and each time i realize more that ....well it's just not safe... so i try to resist my temptation to only do it while i'm passengering(that is not a word...i'm aware...but you get the picture) But not gonna lie here... it's way more exciting while driving....

So on more relevant terms i was at a conference on the weekend that for the most part was pretty good... but the last two nights were phenominal!!! Shawn Boltz spoke... and wow!! so so good... in all honesty two of the most annointed services i've ever been in... Saturday night more so ... but yeah if you ever get a chance to hear him speak... really really good!! I see Kayle and the Mumby gang!!!! this is always a good adventure, for they are almost and even sometimes more crazy than my family. However i'm not aware of any mulets in the mumby family. but its ok Kayle usually has the coolest hair around. Anyway... so... lately i've been reading lots... and well working.... boring ... music is fun... oh yeah a girl that i went to school with just ran into my Dad and asked if i was around because they're doing a thing at the college to showcase local artists... and since i'm local and an artist.... I will be showcased. Plus its the week just before i leave for Ohio so it will be a good time to fine tune the songs i plan on recording. .... Ok so since Halloween we've had a lot of candy... my mom didn't have any on the night of... but had some very big bags of chips so while she went to go get little chocolate bars... some very lucky children got massive bags of chips. Anyway she got a bunch and there was a bunch left over that we pretty much cleared out as a family in about well.... 3 days... yeah so today i come home from work and theres a Huge bowl of Candy on the counter.... Apparntly mom found another massive box in her room that she had hidden a week before halloween so that my little brother would steal it and take to his festivities... because this had happenned already to the box she had boughten for the church outreach. soo... more candy... hey if any of you Mumby's read this let me know if you want me to bring some chocolate bars...we've got lots!
cya tomorrow Kayle
everyone else ....... i'll keep you guessing

Excitement Brews!!

Well today i booked the Ohio trip tickets... this is a good day... it is official. Music will be made!! My sister leaves tomorrow until Christmas and whom i'll be seeing when i go down there. so she gave me a haircut.... and if you've read previously i'm growing a ....you guessed it a Mullet!!! Ok seriously it is definatly a noticable mullet now... probably one of the coolest things ever... plus its diverse... if i really spike the top and flip the bottom it totally has a greecy 80's mullet... but if i give it a bit of a hawk and flatten the rest out it becomes somewhat of a European style mullet... pretty damn cool. if i ever get some pictures and figure out how to post them i'll do so... because the world must see it!! and Chelsea i plan on the continual growth and reshaping of it until i get to pick you up in January... it'll be the best ever by that time.

I've now finished the third book in Narnia series... i quite enjoy it... and the symbolism is phenominal!! Ok so some of you may or may not know i've been trying to make an album for a while... and well nothings 100 percent... but pretty damn close to it that i'll be heading down to Ohio in just over a month to spend a week in a studio ... recording my album... i think that clearly everything works in God's timing and probably i wasn't ready to have it finished before... plus it was good experience to experement with some songs.... anyway now this is the important asignment part... it is your asignment and the very important role you will play in the creation of this album ... i ask for your prayers... at this very moment i know that there are a few songs that need to be on it... and well they dont exist yet... and there not coming out very easily.. which is strange... i ask that you would pray for a release of songs in my being that what needs to be on it will be on it... and for influence of this music to be a gateway for Holy Spirit to Change lives. Its not planned to be an album that maybe we'd sing corprately in church but i know that the breath of God will breath on it. I know that most of you that read this know me well enough to understand that i'm not writing these things out of a cockiness ... hopefully it doesn't sound that way but i know that i know that this is a step into what God has called me.... anyway pray for release in the spirit relm... andi'm making no promises of the date of album release do to the fact that i dont know... but yeah... sooner than later... anyway ....off to Narnia

Distractions....

Well this was going to be an extensive blog.... and i planned to email a bunch of people... then a coldplay concert came on TV... so i neglected to do any of that... its a comercial now so i thought i'd tell you all... that well I like Coldplay more than blogging....
So this one time in the Philippines... it was new years to be exact we were to have some sort of party with our group to "celebrate"... the celebration consisted of everyone either leaving to go to another home or a movie... the precurser to this was what is very needed in a very hot climate for celebration...Ice Cream!!! ok so not gonna lie here... there was ALOT of ice cream... and when everyone was finishing up on the ice cream and had had a bowl or two.... there remained like at least 6 litres of the stuff... various flavours.... now being the Bryan that i am starts to think about the lack of freezer space and the waste of this incredibble amount of ice cream... now this just wouldn't be right in anyway... so i began the process of eating... as much as physically possible.... it began with the thought of ...mmmm ice cream since no one else will i'll have another bowl or two.... then slowly but surely it became very evedent that i must conquer the ice cream it must be devoured... after bowl three the realization came that well one spoon just wasn't enough... the shoveling speed must increase... so a second spoon was added... picture if you will a continual flow of ice cream one spoon after the other ... sometimes both at once.... into the depths of my stomach.... now you dont need to chew ice cream ... and when its that hot out the cold just doesn't seem to get to you as much so the speed at which you can shovel is beyond any north american standard. to finish this so i can go to bed... the ice cream sadly was not completely conquered however i would not be lieing to say that i defenitaly had an equivelant of a four letre jug of ice cream in a matter of probably half hour to fourty five minutes....to this day i remember this to be not the greatest but definatly a very great moment in my life... this story shall be past on for generations to come... and the greatness of my ice cream eating abilities shall become legend before long i'm sure....
Anyway theres you're story ... the few that witnessed this i'm sure could tell you that at least most of what i just said is truth... the legend begins....

A few Days...

Yes yes...a few in deed since the last i have written the stories of my life on this thing we know and love to be blog. Well lets see have you ever gone to something that is put on by church and is an attempt at something cool and would see outside the walls... but it fails misserably... well on the weekend i went to this young adultsish "Jazz Night" at a church, and the idea was really cool and the musicians were acutally phenominal... two of them not christains and gettting to be known for jazz in this small city of Red Deer. but yeah so you walk into the place excpecting jazz and all that comes with.... now a key i've found to jazz is that there needs to be a mood set with it... not blindingly bright lights, and well they had coffee so that was good... and that was followed by a giant sundae making, which in its own right is a very fantastic thing... ice cream is always good... but with the jazz in the backround and a ton of people piling in to devour as much ice cream as physically possible it kind of ruins the mood a little... this was followed by juinor high youth group games such as build a sculpture out of jube jubes and toothpicks... now please dont get me wrong it wasn't the most horrible thing and everything on its own would be fun in the appropriate settings but i suppose when you excpect jazz and the mood and poetry and all that to cool to be true stuff and instead stumble into a youth group type thingy with jazz in the backround its somewhat dissapointing. anyway that was a long and unnessesary explanation of my bitterness towards the obliteration of jazz.
I also went to a corn maze on the weekend.... i giant farmers field of ...well corn and they made a huge maze out of it and in sertain sections have people dressed in "jason" costumes and gorrila costumes hiding in the corn to scare the crap out of you.... i found that the best part was hearing a group of young gullable girls coming around the corner or just on the other side of a wall of corn... and to spontaniously yell and run at them appearing from the corn just to hear a scream and then vanish again.... quite a thrill.
The last two nights have been really fun involving lots of worship... first at a service that have the opportunity to lead worship at every so often and then tonight for a music practise that turned into a phenominal changing of the atmosphere type worship time... it was so good.. and i felt privelaged to be there...
On another note i had very humbling experience while singing a song the other night for the young adults service... its off the new United live album called "all i need is you" or something like that.... anyway its a really good song and theres this part where it goes phenominally high... which on a good day i can hit fairly well.... but not that day.... picture if you will the first time that many of these had heard this song thinking ... oh this is pretty cool and than out of know where the guy on stage tries to sing way higher than his voice at that moment really wants to go... and well the voice won... and it sounded like ...well i cant really show you... but my voice did a really good job of cracking and picking a note that was no where near the same key and then it happening one more time before i could musture it out properly and quickly diverting to a more apropriate portion of the song for my voice.... i know that in all honesty those moments dont really matter and the rest of the night went really well... and i'm sure that God had a good chuckle as the evening went from watch Bryan sing to oh nows a good time to actually enter in and start worshipping God Almighty.... so hey if the shitting out of my voice .... wait that came out way wrong but i'm going to keep it because the way i just phrased that makes me laugh... anyway if the sucking of my voice allows something to shift in the spiritual relm i'm all for it... God be glorified

Chai Tea...mmm

Well... because caffine has seemingly manipulated my sleeping abilities to a lack of sleep i did not have coffee tonight but a Chai Tea latte.... Not gonna lie i go to Second cup alot. Almost as much as Kayle goes to Starbucks.... the thing is Red Deer has no free standing Starbucks therefore Second Cup by far out does it... plus i used to work there.... I go enough that most of the girls that work there can usually start making my drink before i order... anyway... I bought a book and i'm very excited cause i havent read it since like grade three ...when actually it was read to me... any guesses..... ok i'll tell you.... "The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe" I'm so stoked cause i'm pretty sure it will be better now than it was at age 9... although it is a terriffic book for children. Plus i was jamming tonight with a violin player.... it was so so much fun.... he's not quite of the Norweigen's abilities but close... although the Norweigen has not played in awhile so maybe .... anyway the Norweigen has a name ... its Andy!!! but yeah i was jamming with this dude ... he's only in grade 11 but he's super rad and is probably gonna come with me to Ohio when i go to do some recording!!! ... people ask often when my cd will be done... and at first i tried to give answers... i've stopped that now and instead say... it'll be done when its done... which hopefully will be sooner than later... wow randomness... off to Narnia!!!

sunrise in the morning...

I rather hate getting out of my blankets in the morning... on the weekend i wake up on my own behalf and so i take my time and have no problem at all... but during the week... my sleep is abrubtly interupted by very loud but i suppose soothing clasical music. anyway i push snooze at least 3 times in the morning with my body trying to convince my mind that its ok to be late for work and my mind telling my lazy ass to get out of bed. so every morning i begin with this conflict and continue in silence until i go outside in the brisk air to realize my favorite part of the early day... the Amazing Sunrise!! this morning was breathtaking which is nice way to start the day before getting to work... Anyway i just finished a book the one i was reading previously by Donald Miller called Through Painted Derets... and though not as spiritually deep as his other books its a good story of a roadtrip and realizing the majesty and beauty that God has created for us.... plus it sparks good memories of my travels and the stars at eagles nest... and various wonderful things.
On a very different note my buddy Curtis... a very good violin player plugged his violin into an electric guitar amp today to experement... it was freaking cool... i'm going to jam with him on thursday!!! woo hoo...
Kayle about Victoria it would be so much freaking fun but i'm going to Ohio either late November or Early December for potentially a week so we'll have to see about timing and whether stupid work is slow enough to let me take that much time off.... anyway we'll talk more...
To Sleep!

for Chelsea...

Well Chelsea for you i will answer these questions... and plus Kayle already did so now i feel obligated... If you dont know and i dont know why i would talk about this next point due to possible ramifications ... but i choose to anyway... my family recently was given a hot tub... well a little while ago but it is now finally working... and i do say late night hot tub sessions are egsquisit(?) that word does not look right exquisit(?)e ... i quit..... its really really good. And well i'm pretty sure the majority of readers to not live near me so i feel i will not be used for the hot tub with this information i have just revealed. Kayle you're right that was a phenominal song... anyone who knows Kayle should read his last entry ... if you dont you should anyway... uh... i dont know how to post anything on this so find his page on you're own if you dont know it... ask someone... someone will probably know. Did i mention the hot tubbing was late... which makes this writing even later... which makes me even tireder (another astounding word by bryan) but today was a good day... and tomorrow will be good aswell filled with relaxation and preperation for the hords of food that will be taken in by me! we get turkey and steak... and pies... of many kind i hope.... ok i seriously love pie... if there is anything in this world that can be ingested that i get cravings for it is pie... i have been known to randomly buy 1 or 2 spontaneously and eat half of each... if i could test pie for its goodness .... that would be a good job... a pie conesuer... i got my hair cut into the beginnings of a mulet with multiple color arangements... its pretty fricken sweet... in a month or so when the mulet will be in full force it will quite possibly be the coolest hair... you know.... ever.... ok maybe not... but pretty fricken sweet.... holy topic change batman.... to bed!

so many things!!

Well... i suppose due to the amount of time between the last post and now... that my percentage of readers has dropped dramatically. But tonight i write again!!! As it is been a very long time... there has been alot of events that have happened.... i dont think i could even come close to giving the details of these with out writing a book... so we'll sum it up. As far back as i remember Chelsea was in town for awhile... it was pretty exciting and lots of fun... 10 of us went up to Edmonton to see one of the best football games of the year in which Edmonton outright walloped the BC Lions... also just before that we were in St Albert visiting Kayle!! it was fun.. short but good.... plus during the game we were on the JUMBOTRON... it was pretty sweet... just the other day a few of us took of down to Calgary to watch the Audioslave concert... for those of you who dont know Audioslave is a mix of the Band of Rage Against the Machine... and the lead singer from Soundgarden... makes a pretty wicked awesome band... we had pretty crappy seats but it was still a really good show. Ok and since the two bands mixed they played some songs from there previos bands... probably the best part for me was when the band started going off on some melodies of rage songs and then out of no where comes the song Sleep Now in the Fire and it was pulled off phenominally.... really really cool... and pretty much the closest thing to Rage that will ever be again... so worthwhile in the end. Plus i got a new book... same guy that wrote Blue Like Jazz, its called Through Painted Deserts... anyway read blue like jazz if you havent. ok ok... i dont really know all what to write sleep calls and its all i can think about.

sing a song!!!!

Well tonight i for the very first time went to an open mike night at a pub in my city called the Vat. it was fun.. theres tons of bands that go up and just play three songs and then the next... saw wome friends for high school and stuff like that and got to play! so it was lots of fun.... the place was surprisingly packed which is good... it went not to badly... someone even gave me a note with an adress and number for doing more acoustic jamming at a cafe... and was only after three songs so it was fun! The last few days have been tiring to say the least... yesterday i worked out.... then played football with a bunch of my little brothers friends who all just graduated highschool... and most of them played. and basically the conclusion i came to was.... well i'm not the most in shape guy in the world... and though i'm not fat by any means... some might even say scronny my fitness level is rather low... but yeah that evening was our youth pastors birthday party and we played poker till the wee hours of the morning... it was lots of fun.... and i'm tired goodnight

Crash...

So i watched a very interesting movie tonight... as you may have guessed it was called Crash. For those of you who may have seen it i'm sure you'd agree that it at least made you think. I dont want to ruin it because i think it should be watched and taken in... and except for a random unecessary splurge of nudity its pretty good. Its set in LA and is basically about racism... from many many different percpectives. Its sad to think how much of it still exists in our world.
On another note my life has been more relaxing of late... much opportunity to play guitar and go to bed at a decent hour... not that i'm really taking advantage of that opportunity. Someone showed me a contest that John Mayer is putting on by putting chords and melody to some of his lyrics... i thought it'd be interesting enough plus i could win a Fender Strat... so that's be pretty nice... so i wrote that and will record and send that in the next week or two... i'll be sure to let you all know if i win the guitar... I went out to a Jazz night last night with a good Friend Chelsea who's all the way from Victoria that i know from enr and is visiting for awhile... it was fun i think... she had her intruduction to Guiness... i'm not sure how much she really liked it... it is quite strong the first time you have some... but at least it was cold because the stuff i had in Scotland was definatly room temperature ... which apparently is the was to drink it.... wow what a transition hey ... from racism to Guiness... i'm freaking amazing... or tired... yeah i'll vote for the latter... and now to make haste on the opportunity of sleep....

3 nations one house!!!

Well tonight i will sleep in my own bed by myself for the first night in....5 nights! We've had Heath the American who can sing better than pretty much anyone i know... flipping amazing!!! and we had Andy the Norwegien who has the best spin bowling technique quite possibly in the world... and a whole bunch of Canadians including Kayle who.... was lacking in some sleep.... alot of sleep.... so he was quite halairious the whole weekend including much flayling during the best bowling game in the history of man... and pretty much an hour straight where he had a Guitar in his hands and played three of the 5 chords he knows over and over and over and instead of talking he had singing conversations.... with the amount of sleep he had maybe he thought he was in a musical... you never really know with Kayle.... it was lots of fun though for sure... it included a bowling game... but not just a normal bowling game... glow in the dark bowling..ooohhh aaahhh..... plus i was wearing sized 18 shoes... cause i'm pretty sure no one has ever worn them before... they felt like clown shoes and caused me to fall in the gutter once.... but hey no buddy was seriously injured... and we laughed ... lots.... but i will not lie... i'm somewhat excited to have a room to myself again.... and sleep potentially the whole night through.... woo hoo... we also saw some motor cross crazy people who jumped like thirty feet in the air contorting their bodies in ways they should not be contorted... but none of them did backflips so .... i was a little dissapointed...
oh oh oh.... i got an email from Bobbi who is in Africa... Tanzania actually... the girls just arrived the other day and it is different... food... not quite like we have here in Canada... there first meal consisted of lumps of flour and water with some chewy beefy stewy stuff... in interesting ...tea... thats what we'll call it.... but they are in Tanzania having an experiance of a lifetime i'm sure... pray for them ... now... i think i will go get ready to uh... pump some iron.... thats right i'm going to go work out... my muscles will be huge.... one day.... or maybe not... but maybe just maybe i'll move past being ridiculously skinny to normal...

Soon and very Soon..

well many things are very strange... for example the reason Kayle and Andy will be here tomorrow as oppose to already is quite ironic... see some of my friends and I thought it would be fun to go the football game in Edmonton tonight but after the plan of the boys coming it kinda dropped from subject.... I laughed soo hard when i found out that the reason they werent coming yet was cause they were going to the football game we didn't go to because of the there potential arrival. meh... its all good and there will be another football game.... also Charlie and the Chocolate factory ... Strange... Jonny Depp... outright weird. But in the end very cool movie.... i watched it this evening... laughter prevailed! not gonna lie... it was unique... maybe not loved by all... and i will say i liked the original oompa loompa song better.
Devi and bobbi are off to Africa, good friends of mine going to do a ywam dts in Tanzania, they just left tonight and i am ridiculously excited for them.... i know it will be an amazing experience.... if i recieve any phenomonal stories from them i will be sure to pass them along.... how could there not be crazy stories when in Tanzania..... Tomorrow i will see Andy and Kayle! i'm excited.... but right now my eyes only open half ways due to the sleep that invades from within.. It attacks them slowly weighing them down until it is none negotionably sleep time.... it calls me...

Steak...Cake... and a Yank!

Well... you guessed my sister's boyfriend has arrived! And it turns out that he fits in pretty well. Along with his arrival came a very very good meal. some top Sirloine Steak! mmm... really good chocolate cake... If you know my family you will know that we dont neccissarily fit into a regular family box, after our very filling meal we went out and showed off our skills in the art of dropkicking.... now this is an art that was developed at Eagles Nest Ranch and flourished in my family... my two brothers and I bring it out in every special occasion... it involves perfect concentration from both parties ... the kicker and the kickie... the kickie stands perfectly still while the kicker runs at a fairly substantial speed jumps toward the kickie in a perfectly horizontal motion ... feet first and to avoid injury bends the knees and pushes off the chest of the kickie... now to watch this it is quite an amazing sight because it looks so real.... i think so at least... and no one gets seriously injured as long as you aim for the chest and not the neck... sorry Ryan... but yeah after the dropkicking we had family races in both running and speed walking! good thing Kayle wasn't there cause he probably would have kicked all our asses in the speed walking comp. but he will be here along with Andy in like 2 days! hey if either of you read this let me know if you'll be here for supper on friday... This should prove to be a very exciting weekend I'm stoked! Sleep is good.

so Many MeMories!

well the last few days have not necessarily been eventful. in anyway at all, but they have been interesting. First things first, i bought the new Our Lady Peace album, called Healthy in Paranoid Times, i really didn't know what to excpect at all. And it is a really really cool album. And weird, those of you who've listened to OLP before probably know they usually have a bit of a meloncolly, potentially depressing sound to them. which is ok. The last few albums it's been shifting. This one has a similar feel in many ways but the crazy thing was the amount of Hope that it left me feeling with. Seriously it was really cool. Theres also a dvd along with and it has some of the recording sessions and they mension that aspect a little bit, Raine Mada the lead singer took a trip and did a documentry thing on Sudan, which i think very much changed him... which is understandable and if it wouldn't have changed him then i would question him being human. but yeah you can feel the Hope. At least i thought so.
So i started cleaning my room.... Now this statement to any normal person is not a big deal, but the last time i did a thourough cleaning was before i left for Europe....5 months ago... it fully needed it... now i'm ok with a little mess in my space, i can handle it. but it got the point of there is no longer anyway way to live in the proximity of my room. Scary beyond all measure! so yeah i pretty much spent all afternoon and a good portion of the evening on Saturday cleaning and organizing... and it's still not done... but it was good... i came across lots of pictures and old songs i wrote and prophesies from YWAM... really cool stuff, it was a very good way to reflect on the last couple of years in which there have been many events and many countries visited and many many adventures. So then just this evening i went to my good friend Ryan's place whom i've spent very little time with since returning from Europe a few months ago so it was good.... we listened to our digital journal that we made entries into every couple of evenings... it was the first time since Europe! And even the smallest comments sparked the coolest of memories. We went to Prauge and definatly found the exact spot where they filmed the opening seen of Mission Impossible.... trying to spend a night on top of a nine level parkade, then getting kicked off at like midnightish..... showing up in most cities at the worst possible hours ranging from midnight to 4 am.... understanding nothing and having no clue where you are other than being in Germany. Getting a free apartment in Oslo Norway... and many more ... but yeah so it was very cool in that way... now... bed

taking over the world!.

Ok well maybe it was a failed attempt at taking over the world... actually middle earth in Lord of The Rings
Risk... fun enough i suppose, but risk always takes ages and ages, especially while playing with people of intense strategy... my strategies semingly fail, possibly because of the lack of planning and constant failed attack on my part... but hey its just a game. I've been lazy in my blogging for the last few days... i appologize to those who enjoy reading my ramblings, i will ramble for you now. This week was somewhat uneventful, except for as any Albertan knows it was our provinces 100th birthday... which i suppose is somekinda big deal or something! I can see it being a pretty big achievement for a human to make it to a hundred but it's not like our province is going die off or anything like that. but it was worth celebrating with much fireworks, fairly decent i suppose. I was hoping they'd at least spell Alberta or 100 or Happy b day.. or merry christmas or something... but know just regular fireworks.... but alot... so it was fun.
In the next little while my house will be visited by foriegners... this is a good thing.... one of my favorites, first is my sister's boyfriend whom the family has not met yet... lucky guy he ends up going for a Canadian girl (he's american) with 3 brothers, we'll try to have some surprises for him when he gets here... you know regular intimidation stuff... baseball bats... the works... hehe anyway should be fun.... then one of my very very good friends Andy from Norway is coming aswell... it appears as though he will mostly be with our friend Kayle in Edmonton which in the end will work out ok cause i'll probably have to work most of the time... but it will be really good to see him again... You know the feeling you get in your head when you've been awake to long... or had contacts in to long... the feeling that can be described in no other way than... pain... yeah i have that feeling, so i'm going to go to sleep.

mountains... and lakes..

well camping was wonderful!!! I havent been camping in seriously 2 years... which is a long time for an Albertan to not go camping... thats what i think at least. I love the mountains... so so so beautiful.... we went to a spot that is well known to people in my church, past Nordeg at Abraham Lake... glacier fed lake.... really flipping cold glacier fed lake.... the type that when you jump in it honestly takes your breath away... you loose all sencability and all you can think is " I must get OUT!!" then you swim as hard as you can to the nearest rock to quickly and efficiently climb your way out. Now normally a lake this cold wouldn't be swam in... but there is a beautiful cliff jumping spot where we go... this time it was about 5 meters... so not super high, but still fun... and so on a really hot day like we had this weekend... it's fully fully necisarry to jump in. somewhere in the bible it talks about how nature or creation reveals God... and that is so true... theres something about staring at the mountains that surround you with the most beautiful lake as in the foreground and to actually sit in silence with nothing but a little wind, and not be blown away by God... He is soo good.
Also on a very different note... my sister got back from her recording school in the states.... and she has a boyfriend!!! if you know my sister this is crazy news.... and the thing is i'm pretty sure he's a better musician in all instruments that i play... which actually makes it really fun... he sounds like a cool guy for sure... plus he's an instructer at a recording school... sooo... i'm sure it'll be ok. but yeah.. its really good to see my sister... i enjoy her company more than most people in this world... off for now

Unexpected Concerts are Nice...

Well, tonight there wasn't to much planned except for handing out a few posters for a guy in our church who is doing a huge off road Expo type thingy... it will be really cool... anyway when i got home from work i checked my email and there was one from my buddy Chad who is in the band Strada.... one of my favorites but not really well known yet... anyway it said they were opening for the Tea Party and that the show was tonight! short notice is ok and i thought it was cool but didn't really plan to go cause tickets were like 25 bucks or some ridiculous amount. I phoned my brother anyway who was finishing up work to let him know in case he wanted to...then a funny occurance happened he was on his way home and on this rare occasion had to pick up his father in law... just after that he was listening to the radio and the announcer was like " I have four tickets hidden in the tent outside the brick for tonights Tea Party show" My brother just happened to be driving right past it so he quickly turned in ... and to make a long story short, we went to the show tonight for free. It was really really good! plus i got to see my buddy play who also puts on an excellent show. Tea Party was crazy though, i'm not the hugest fan of all time or anything crazy like that, but being a musician i appreciate good music.... and they were phenominal... and the coolest part was to hear little tidbits of the prophetic in there music, they were playing one of there more well known songs "Heaven coming down" but they sang that over and over that line... and well ... it didn't take much to realize they were speaking prophetically over the region at the time.... it was pretty crazy... and made for a pretty fun spontanious...free... night.... this weekend i'm going camping, helping out with the youth from my church should be pretty fun! but i havent packed and i have no time tomorrow... one may question why then am i writing all this when i could be packing?... good question

Puddles...Jesus...Rwanda

So i just came from outside and well it was the first time in probably 2 days that it hasn't been absolutely pouring rain... but i suppose it's been like that pretty much all over Alberta so what can you say. At least it's not flooding again. a couple of months ago i guess it was now... there was some intense flooding in Red Deer, but it seems all those floods have moved there way to Eastern Europe... the other day i saw one the news clips of southern Germany (Bavaria) where towns were completely flooded... i'm not sure exactly what towns but its kinda crazy cause i was there like 4 months ago... but when i was there it was absolutely goergous... pretty much the only nice weather of our whole trip.... anyway.
I was recently recomended a website by a friend that i finally went to today, its a church website i suppose but it's not really a normal church i think... probably a very young hearted artistic church... which in my opinion is a good thing. Anyway i havent really gone through it much except for a couple of certain videos, apparently they were doing some pretty intense teaching on Jesus and who he really is and good and exciting stuff like that. but some of them had a hard time getting around some of the preconcieved ideas that people had developed of Jesus as a person. So many in our Western Culture have a view that Jesus intensly religious , and somewhat of a ... well ... homo, when in all reality He was and is the most radical person that we can even imagine. So if you get a chance to watch these... keep in mind it is a satirical look at Jesus... some misconseptions taken to the extreme... they took a couple of clips of the Jesus movie and pretty much just dubbed a bunch of nonsence in... but in all honesty its ridiculously funny! the website is www.vintage21.com ... find the video section of the site and go to page to until you find the Jesus section.... seriously so funny. I watched some pretty terrible movies last night. we rented some we'd never heard of... one was 7 seconds with Wesly Snipes... i suppose an interesting plot, potentially but overall poor score , we didn't even finish it in hopes the other would be better.... the other wasIn My Country, one with Samuel L Jackson about the reconciliation of the the crimes commited during the Apartheid in South Africa. Actually this one was not to bad but not really that good, especially if you've already seen Hotel Rwanda which is Phenominal... one of the most eye opening films i've seen. I cried a few times through out. so if you havent rent that one... but be prepaired to be moved by it. well maybe thats enough for tonight... I do believe i have the gift of changing topics very randomly and spontaniously... maybe not always a good thing... but hey it keeps things interesting.

yeah for eye exams!

So as you may or may not know i usually wear contacts... and well today i went to the optomotrist for what is supposed to be an every two year check up to make sure you're prescription is still working for you... well lately i've noticed my eyes not being quite as effective as they probably should be... thats when i realized the last time i had mine checked was the first time i got glasses... and that was ... 7 or 8 years ago!!! well my eyes are a little bit worse... but not as much as i thought... plus they gave me this trial pair of contacts that i can apparently sleep in. ok seriously guys this is a crazy thing... i can wear them for thirty days like my ones now but if i dont want to... i dont have to take them out at all during that time!! well lets just say that this is somewhat exciting for me.... camping is often a struggle in the mornings due to the lack of bathrooms and clean stuff.... i always made due... and well maybe it would've been nice to know about this before i went to Europe and tried to put my contacts in... in well various dirty bus station bathrooms... train stops in the middle of know where... but hey it made the adventure that much more interesting. meh we'll see how they work... hopefully it makes life a wee bit easier.
On another note, i started writing a song today... about a girl i've wanted to write about for like two years... it was a young girl who caught my eye in the Philippines when i was doing my YWAM outreach.... she didn't have much and was about 7 years old and we saw quite a bit of her cause she lived in the area... but she did have one really really beautiful red dress that she wore every sunday to church and really whenever she could.... she always had a precious smile on her face and if you could look into her eyes you'd see a depth that maybe not every 7 year old would have... especially ones in north america... and i loved the amount of joy i'd see in her eyes... and i cant explain how much i wanted to bring her back to Canada... but i know she will do well there and so so be an amazing example of God's love and grace... so if you ever see me ask me about the song and hopefully it turns out well. but i guess whenever you know the backround it makes it so much better. enough for now... one of these days when nothing exciting is happening i'll have a story time in which i tell stories of my crazy traveling experiences. it will be fun!!

Crazy Weekends Anyone...

Well maybe not so much crazy... but very eventful none the less. Because of the wedding of Jeff and Brandi Lee, i got Friday off of work to create my very own long weekend. Gotta love that! I went down to Medicine Hat... which always proves to be interesting. I got to go to one of my favorite places on friday night... Eagles Nest Ranch!! it is a summer camp that for the two summers before this i got to work at. A really amazing place with tons of amazing people... many of whom are my close friends. Friday was there last day of camp for the summer so it was nice to see them all before they all went on their way home. Eagles Nest is also home to the YWAM base where i did my dts where many of my friends are aswell and how i know Jeff and Brandi the two that got married. It was a really fun wedding, which i suppose should've been excpected knowing the two... it was so good plus i got to see a bunch of friends that just got back from Korea on an outreach.... some of them walked across the whole of south korea carring a cross telling about the love of Jesus and being a blessing to the people their, praying the whole way bringing an atmosphere of peace that only God can. i didn't get to hear all the stories due to the busy nature of the weekend but i know there will be many. Speaking of YWAM i have two friends one of whom is my little brothers girlfriend Devi and our friend Bobbi are on there way to Tanzania, Africa to do a DTS, they leave in less than a month now, and it's pretty exciting, however there is some annouyances with the visa's, they're being slow so if you could pray for that to all come about smoothly it would be wonderful.
I also went and watched the Batman movie for the second time... it's now in our cheap theatre so its all good. but the first time i missed the first 40 minutes! so to see the beginning helped out a little and made it even more interesting. Pretty good movie, enjoyable enough. anway to bed for the night... oh the joys of beginning another work week.

Diesel Fuel Stinks!!

Well some days dont always go as planned... today was one of those days... first thing in the morning i see it's raining.. which actually isn't that bad because somedays i really dont mind the rain but.... you see my car doesn't like the rain at all.... it does this thing when it gets wet where it sounds like a bomb is going to go off.... and then usually after about ... 2 minutes ... seriously it takes that long, the sound of an explosion rumbles through the street (partially because of my muffler... or whats left of it) and then we're good to go.... if you are ... lets in the house watching these events take place its quite halarious, but for me in the car... it's slightly humbling.... anyway today... it must have been to wet cause it didn't start.
Like i was saying i work at a place where we deliver windows and doors to construction sites... today we went to Coronation Alberta... pretty much the middle of no where on the way to Saskatchewan... so we get there and there is about a foot of mud.... overflowing my shoes and getting in my socks.... interesting enough... then on the way home... we were low on gas as it was... and like 200 meters from the station we run out.... In the middle of the busiest intersection!! we tryed getting some diesel from the station in a gerry can... but if you didn't know before hand.... never run out of gas with a diesel... especially a 5 ton. we were there for 2 and half hours... in the rain... smelling like Diesel Fuel.... but hey... we got paid overtime!!! just a little... maybe... this weekend is Jeff and Brandy's wedding in Medicine Hat... The first one i presume would be the hardest to write... because i have to tell my friends that it is there before they'll actually read it, instead of choosing to read it becuase of how much they want to hear about my super cool life... ok so everyday of my life isn't super cool, for example, today i unloaded a large semi trailor full of windows and doors and then delivered a few of them.... that is my work... pretty exciting if you ask me, ok not so much but last night was fun... i got to lead worship at a young adults service at one of the churches in my city which i havent done since before i went to Europe.. and that was many moons ago. Holy Crap i am boring myself already with this tedious deliverance of seemingly unimportent events of my life. actually it's kinda fun... now i'll email some people and tell them to read it.... remember it's just the beginning... there's bound to be some crazy and exciting news sometime... there always is
